For Jaime’s bachelorette party, I created a cocktail menu and served a full bar of pink drinks, which were color-coordinated to match the party decor. It was a huge hit! As each guest arrived, I told them to look at the menu and let me know what drink they’d like. I have to say that this Skinny Raspberry Cosmo was probably the most popular cocktail of the night.

Skinny Raspberry Cosmo Recipe

Ingredients

2 oz Sobieski Raspberry Vodka

1 oz cranberry juice

1 oz stevia

1 lime

5 raspberries

Instructions

Adapted from a recipe provided by Sobieski Vodka

Chop ends off lime and discard. Cut a lime slice and reserve for garnish. Chop remaining lime into quarters and remove seeds.

Add lime quarters, raspberries, vodka, juice, and stevia to a cocktail shaker. Shake up the mixture and pour over ice; garnish with slice of lime.

Cosmopolitan drink
The “Skinny” part of this drink comes from the stevia, which is a zero-calorie sweetener. The Sobieski Raspberry Vodka which I used is sweet enough to use on its own, so depending on your taste, you may wish to omit the sweetener altogether. Some of the guests found it to be a little too sweet with the stevia and thought it was better with just the natural sweetness from the other ingredients.
